One-Time Setup Fee
Both options cover SWS framework configuration in your PeopleSoft environment, installation assistance, and table whitelist setup. The fee depends on where psLens runs.
CHG-Managed
- Dedicated single-tenant instance hosted on Fly.io, in the region you choose
- Hosting is included in the monthly subscription
- We deploy, operate, and update the instance for you
Self-Hosted
- The standard $2,500 implementation fee plus a $2,000 self-hosted setup fee
- Runs in your infrastructure: Docker, VM, Kubernetes, or air-gapped
- Includes up to 10 hours of collaborative VM, network, and firewall setup support

What does the setup fee cover?
Configuring the SWS framework in your PeopleSoft environment, installation assistance, table whitelist setup, and deployment of your psLens instance. For self-hosted deployments it also includes up to 10 hours of collaborative VM, network, and firewall setup support.
Why does self-hosting cost more?
Every self-hosted environment is different. The additional $2,000 covers the tailored configuration, discovery, troubleshooting, and validation needed to get psLens running correctly inside your network.
We added a new staging database. Does that cost more?
No. The subscription covers every PeopleSoft environment you connect, including databases you add after the initial setup.
What support is included?
Setup assistance is included with every deployment. Ongoing support terms are part of the agreement; we walk through them on the demo call.
How do updates work?
Managed instances are updated for you. Self-hosted deployments pull a pinned Docker image tag on your own schedule.
We host PeopleSoft for other organizations. Does this pricing apply?
