<h4>What does the setup fee cover?</h4>
<p class="text-muted mb-4">Configuring the SWS framework in your PeopleSoft environment, installation assistance, table whitelist setup, and deployment of your psLens instance. For self-hosted deployments it also includes up to 10 hours of collaborative VM, network, and firewall setup support.</p>

<h4>Why does self-hosting cost more?</h4>
<p class="text-muted mb-4">Every self-hosted environment is different. The additional $2,000 covers the tailored configuration, discovery, troubleshooting, and validation needed to get psLens running correctly inside your network.</p>

<h4>We added a new staging database. Does that cost more?</h4>
<p class="text-muted mb-4">No. The subscription covers every PeopleSoft environment you connect, including databases you add after the initial setup.</p>

<h4>What support is included?</h4>
<p class="text-muted mb-4">Setup assistance is included with every deployment. Ongoing support terms are part of the agreement; we walk through them on the demo call.</p>

<h4>How do updates work?</h4>
<p class="text-muted mb-4">Managed instances are updated for you. Self-hosted deployments pull a pinned Docker image tag on your own schedule.</p>

<h4>We host PeopleSoft for other organizations. Does this pricing apply?</h4>
